I decided to add a section about improving our health to this website. I love helping people. We read in Philippians 2:4-5, "Look not every man on his own things, but every man also on the things of others. Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:" Someone recently asked me what this passage means. In particular the woman wanted to know in what way are we supposed to think like Jesus? What does it mean to "Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus?" Verse 4 gives us the answer. We are supposed to think about OTHERS! Hence, I created this webpage to share some helpful things that I have learned about improving and maintaining good health.
